How much should my floor installation cost? The answer is it depends on a few things. The type of flooring (Laminate, LVT, Hardwood, solid wood or ties). It depends on preparation work needed to the subfloor, the method that the floor needs to be fitted and most importantly it depends on the standard of fitter who is laying the floor.

Laminate Flooring Installation Cost
Laminate is charged by the square meter, our rate for laminate flooring is £10 per meter squared. This includes the fitting of the underlay, floor, door bars and beading.
There is a minimum charge of £130 this is only for small hallways, toilets and jobs under 10 square meters. Cutting down doors and the fitting of skirting can be done at an extra charge. Contact us for extra details
LVT Flooring Installation Cost
LVT is charged by the square meter, but our rate for LVT flooring depends on if the LVT is a click floated floor or a glue down? our rate for click LVT is £10 per meter squared. This includes the fitting of the underlay, floor, door bars and beading and for glue down our rate is £12 per meter squared this includes any door bars and beading
There is a minimum charge of £130 this is for small hallways & toilets. Floor levelling cutting down doors and the fitting of skirting can be done at an extra charge.
